To adjust the high and low pressure switching level, first deblock the locking screws 180° The adjustment knob above is now free to move. Turning the knob in (clockwise) increases the pressure switching level. Adjust with small portions; these sensors are sensible equipment. Remember that pressure buildup is faster with cold oil, than if oil is hot. In our shop we have adjusted at an oil temperature of 40°C. NEVER FORGET TO FIX THE LOCKING SCREWS AFTER ADJUSTING. A hydraulic unit always produces some vibrations, which may alter the adjustments in time, if not locked.
